Rest stop #1 is open from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. or when the last rider comes through. The first rest stop is at 690 North 400 West Centerville Utah 84014, at about mile 15. Snacks, water, electrolyte replacement fluids, and porta-potties will be provided. Please plan on riding at an average speed of at least 12mph; this will have you in Ogden no later than 2:30 p.m.

Riding at 12mph, you should depart no later than 9:15am to stay on time.
